Founded in 2018, Gloryrain Audio builds premium quality in-ear monitor and headphone cables, offering an exclusive audio experience. 

In 2016, my interest in audio sparked when I came across an advertisement online for over-the-ear IEMs (In-Ear Monitors). As a curious individual, I delved into researching what these devices do and why some are so expensive. I then discovered a brand called KZ, and soon enough, I owned the KZ ZS1 and ZS3. I began exploring different options, purchasing more IEMs, and simultaneously visiting various local audio stores to familiarize myself with different sound signatures.

In 2017, as a frequent user of Carousell (a local buy/sell platform in Singapore), I stumbled upon DIY cable sellers. Being the inquisitive person I am, I decided to purchase some cables to try, and I was surprised to find that cables can indeed make a noticeable difference! Continuing my journey of exploration, I was fortunate to meet someone knowledgeable about soldering. I began learning from him, despite having zero hands-on experience.

Familiarising my fingers with these mini DIY adventures was challenging, but I told myself I had to practice, and so I did. I started soldering different types of wires and braiding them, spending a lot of time figuring out how things worked. I am glad I invested the time and effort because I knew I could offer nothing but the best to my future customers.

Since then, the amount of time and money spent on research and development has brought me to where I am today. I am thankful to have had this opportunity to learn.
